Overview

This exclusive bundle presents two highly sought-after expressions from Blanton’s Bourbon: the Gold Edition and Straight From The Barrel. Each bottle offers a distinct and refined profile, showcasing the distillery’s dedication to crafting exceptional single barrel bourbons. This pairing allows enthusiasts to explore the nuanced differences between these celebrated offerings.

Blanton’s Gold Edition

Blanton’s Gold Edition is meticulously crafted for discerning palates, delivering an exceptional smoothness and a remarkably clean finish. The bourbon reveals rich notes of dark fudge, bright citrus, and subtle oak, beautifully rounded out with a creamy texture. A distinct spiciness of white pepper and rye emerges, contributing to a long and complex finish that lingers on the palate. This 700ml bottle is presented at 51.5% alcohol by volume (103 proof). The nose is robust and dry, with aromatic layers that include sweet honey, pronounced rye, dried fruit essences, soft vanilla, and a touch of chocolate, inviting a deeper exploration of its character. It is often recommended to enjoy this expression neat or with a small splash of water to fully appreciate its intricate layers of flavor.

Blanton’s Straight From The Barrel

The Blanton’s Straight From The Barrel expression, also provided in a generous 700ml size, offers an intense and full-bodied character directly from the cask. This bourbon delivers a sharp, rich, and expansive palate, marked by prominent flavors of ripe apricot, creamy butter, a hint of black pepper, delicate light honey, and classic oak undertones. The finish is notably long and satisfying, evolving with sweet notes of toffee and crisp apple, before developing into deeper hints of toasted pecan and warm caramel. This undiluted offering provides a powerful and immersive flavor journey for those who appreciate bourbon in its most natural state.
