Weller Full Proof ‘Naughty Santa’ Private Selection Whiskey Bundle

This private selection bundle features Weller Full Proof wheated bourbon, accompanied by Buffalo Cream and Sazerac Rye, offering a curated collection for enthusiasts. The Weller Full Proof is crafted following William Larue Weller’s original bourbon recipe, which uses wheat instead of rye.

Overview of Weller Full Proof

This Weller Full Proof bourbon is bottled at 114 proof, the same strength it held when it entered the barrel. It is a non-chill filtered wheated bourbon, a process that preserves naturally occurring residual oils and flavors developed during distillation and aging. This approach may result in a cloudy appearance at cold temperatures but helps maintain the bourbon’s full character. The bourbon presents a rich mouthfeel, balanced with robust notes of vanilla and oak, honoring the legacy of wheated bourbon.

Key Features

The Weller Full Proof bourbon is distinguished by its wheated mash bill and non-chill filtered production. This method is favored by whiskey enthusiasts who seek to experience the full spectrum of flavors and textures that can be lost through chill filtration. The inclusion of Buffalo Cream and Sazerac Rye in this bundle provides a diverse tasting experience.
