Blanton’s Original Single Barrel Bourbon 750ml (3-Pack)

Blanton’s Original Single Barrel Bourbon is presented in a three-pack bundle, offering a distinctive expression that set the standard for single barrel bourbons upon its introduction in 1984. Each 750ml bottle is bottled at 46.5% alcohol by volume.

Overview

This celebrated bourbon originates from the center-cut sections of the renowned Warehouse H. Historically reserved for ambassadors, dignitaries, and Colonel Blanton’s inner circle, Blanton’s Original Single Barrel is now accessible to a wider audience, recognized as the world’s first single barrel bourbon. It is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

Tasting Profile

The taste profile of Blanton’s Original is notably sweet, featuring distinct notes of citrus and oak. On the nose, a creamy vanilla aroma emerges, complemented by nuances of caramel and butterscotch, with a foundation of baking spices such as clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon. The tasting notes further reveal a deep, satisfying nose of nutmeg and spices, with powerful dry vanilla notes harmonizing with hints of honey amid strong caramel and corn. The experience concludes with a medium finish, where corn and nutmeg flavors gently return.
